Balancing Body, Mind + Soul through Nature

Step into a slower rhythm.

Just before Mother’s Day, you’re invited to spend a half day reconnecting with what often gets overlooked—your body, your breath, your creativity, and your relationship with the natural world.

The Art of Wholeness is a thoughtfully curated experience designed to bring you back to center through simple, grounded practices rooted in nature.

This is not a class. It’s a return.

What You’ll Experience

Over the course of four hours, you’ll move through a series of experiences that gently reconnect you to nourishment, creativity, and presence.

Learn how to grow and use fresh cooking herbs
• Participate in a hands-on herbal cooking experience
• Enjoy a nourishing, seasonal meal

Create your own kokedama plant to take home
• Slow down with a gentle, grounding yoga session
• Explore a small gathering of nature-forward vendors and artisans

Each part of the day is designed to build on the next—bringing you back into alignment with the natural rhythms that support your health and well-being.

Why This Experience Matters

Most people are trying to feel better in ways that are complicated, expensive, or disconnected from how the body actually works.

This experience offers something simpler.

A reminder that health is not just about what we remove but what we consistently add:

• real food
• time outside
• creative expression
• moments of stillness
• connection to living systems

Who This Is For

This experience is designed for those who:

• feel drawn to herbs, plants, and natural living
• want simple, practical ways to nourish their body
• are craving a reset without leaving town
• value learning through hands-on experience
• want to spend time in a calm, intentional environment

No experience is needed. Just a willingness to show up.
