Join us on October 21 for a hands-on class exploring roselle—one of the most versatile plants in the garden.


We’ll learn how to harvest and prepare roselle, make fresh roselle tea, dehydrate the calyces for later use, and turn the harvest into jam, dessert toppings, syrups, and more. You’ll also learn how roselle’s tart flavor can be adjusted for different recipes and personal tastes.


Everyone will sample several roselle creations and go home with something made during class.
